The house
About
A mail-order apostolate for households that have a table, a mailbox, and a willingness to wait on a bottle.
Communion by Mail exists because some people are far from a parish, some parishes are far from a mood, and the postal service is, against the odds, still willing to carry glass.
We sell a small set of supplies: Concord grape juice, wine yeast, a claustrum fermentationis (the fermentation lock), unleavened crackers, and optional garb. His Holiness Pope Linus II of the Non-Authoritative See of St. Grape blesses the lots before they leave. He does not bless your schedule. He does not bless your customs broker.
What we are
A catalog. A crate. A pontiff whose election was valid in spirit and unrecognized everywhere that keeps minutes. We ship to the United States and Canada. Tariffs may apply, especially to anything that looks, to a bored official, like it might become wine.
What we are not
A church with a parking lot. A licensed winery. A substitute for a community you already have. A payment processor, at present.
Correspondence
There is no sacristy telephone. Write to support@communionbymail.com. Address the warehouse as if it were a rectory and the rectory as if it were a warehouse. Replies, when they come, come slowly and on letterhead that was printed in a hurry.
For shipping questions, see Shipping & Tariffs. For the blessing itself, see The Pontiff.
